Located adjacent to the Snowmass Base Village, the Lichenhearth's spacious condominiums feature ski in/ski out access, full kitchens and private decks with mountain views. Conveniently located, these condominiums are just steps away from the Kids Treehouse Adventure Center, Village Express Lift, Elk Camp Gondola, family friendly dining options and shopping.

Included with each condominium reservation is a damage waiver fee of $39.00 per stay. With this fee, Destination Resorts Snowmass will waive all claims for accidental damage to the unit and any property originally contained therein, which occurs during the guest stay, up to $3,000.00. There is a specific definition for accidental damage, which is on file in the manager's office for each property.
