At Forest Suites Resort, the spacious non-smoking, condo-style suites are among the largest accommodations available in South Lake Tahoe. In addition to suites, the property offers traditional hotel rooms appointed with all the conveniences of a resort hotel.

One and two bedroom suites range from 650 to 850 square feet and feature a spacious living/dining area and a kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary items for a comfortable stay away from home at Forest Suites Resort. The resort also offers high speed internet access.

These uniquely designed townhome-style condominiums are located just 1/4 mile from the Heavenly base area, and are a perfect ski getaway spot for couples and families of four or less.

Each unit has a full kitchen and 2 baths, as well as cable TV, gas fireplace, and vaulted ceilings in the living room. Most units also have a washer/dryer, and some offer wireless internet service. Bedding varies from unit to unit. Most have a queen in each bedroom, but some have twins in the 2nd bedroom.

Cleaning fee of $110+tax is not included in your rate and will be charged at the time of booking. Unintentional Damage Waiver Insurance Fee of $30 + tax IS included in your rate.

As the name implies, these are Tyrolean inspired two, three and four bedroom chalets that offer a wide variety of amenities and are great for groups of friends or larger familes. Sleeping anywhere from 4 to 8 persons, the Tahoe Tyrol Chalets are located on either Timber Lane or Pine Hill Drive, which are only 1/4 to 1/2 mile from the California base at Heavenly.

Individual amenities found in some units include pool tables, ping pong, flat screen TV, or bumper pool, while most have wood or gas fireplace, washer/dryer, and wireless internet. There is also a community hot tub and sauna available for guest use.

The Mountain Club offers Kirkwood's most popular slopeside accommodations. Located at the heart of the Mountain Village, the Mountain Club sits right at the base of the slopes and main lifts - the best of our ski in / ski out locations. With its wide range of sizes and bedding arrangements from hotel-style rooms to 2 bedroom + loft condominium this property offers rooms to fit every need. Amenities include gas fireplace, laundry, outdoor jacuzzi, sauna, fitness facility, and seasonal pool.

Meadowside:
Meadowside offers cozy accommodations from hotel style to two bedroom units, just a short walk to the lifts and village center. Located right on the meadow guests enjoy easy access to cross country skiing and snowshoe trails during The building's large common area offers a lounge, whirlpool spa and laundry facilities. All condos, with the exception of the hotel style rooms feature wood fireplaces, private balcony, some with meadow views, fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette and 1 covered parking space.
